Well, this has been a year to learn new things, it seems. Finally got down the bunny hill on a snowboard without falling this winter! Now, on to kiteboarding! G & I just got back from a trip to South Padre Island, Texas. I took a couple of lessons from TJ at Air Padre Kiteboarding. He and the school came recommended by a lot of different people we talked to. The lessons were great. With a bit more practice, I'll be zippin' around the water in no time. If you want to learn (or if you already know how), South Padre Island is the place to go. Now if I had my little Airstream parked on the beach, that would be a dream come true.
