There's a lot of stress flying around out there. I just want to remind you that there are a lot of little things that can bring a smile. The above image is my view from the kitchen sink. It's a great reminder to be aware of my thoughts.
Here's Kristiana's assignment for you to put in place this week:
1. Place an image, object or sign by your kitchen sink that makes you smile.
2. Tape a happy photo on your bathroom mirror. (dashboard of your car too).
3. Organize one area of your home that's stressing you out. Do it. It's soooo rewarding.
4. Dress up a bit, you'll feel good.
5. Put your best sheets on your bed.
6. Love with all you've got.
