pin clock

Did you have one of those pin thingies as a kid? I was always fascinated when I went over to a friend's house and they had one. I could entertain myself for hours. This happened not too long ago, when I spotted one at a dinner party that was "on display". It had the imprint of a baby's hand in it. I loved the image, but how I wanted to play with those pins and make a new image! I resisted. Anyway, this clock is the same concept. The pins change per minute. So cool to watch, so not cool to hear the minutes ticking away as you're laying awake in bed! Maybe someday I'll build a soundproof box to tuck it into at night.
